Description of standard and optional features of the ALPHA 360
Jacquard machine type LX 2492
With the newly developed Stäubli Jacquard machine type LX 2492 and its patented MT modules it is possible to go either into high shed, middle shed or low shed position at each shot or stay in the actual position.
There are no limitations, even staying in middle shed position, what is very important for some fancy styles, is not a problem. As well carpet qualities with double pile and triple pile can be produced. The MT Modules are maintenance free.
Due to the compact type of construction low installation height can be achieved. Because of the used Quick Link® a change of harness cords is very easy, even in the middle of the harness. The JC 5T controller is equipped with a network card and designed for easy operation.

Bobbin creel, yarn feeding in and guardian unit

Warp beam stand
