Functional principle

Double rapier system with take-over on top

Control

One central control panel; multi tasking CPU; data transfer between weaving machine, Jacquard machine, dobby and warp beam stand by Ethernet-based real-time bus.

Shed formation of pile warp

Electronically controlled Stäubli 3-position Jacquard machine type LX 2492, up to 15168 threads.

Shed formation of ground warp

Cam disc dobby type 1789 with 6 harness frames and EPR-system (Easy Pick Repair).

Field of application

Low and medium carpet qualities for domestic and contract use. All usual weft, warp and pile materials can be used.

Nominal machine width

4270 mm, pile drawing-in width up to 4200 mm.

Maintenance

Centralized lubrication. Maintenance intervals are electronically monitored and displayed. Remote diagnosis is possible.
