Double rapier system with take-over on top

One central control panel; multi tasking CPU; data transfer between weaving machine, Jacquard machine, dobby and warp beam stand by Ethernet based real time bus.

Electronically controlled Stäubli 3-position Jacquard machine type LX 2492.

Shed formation of ground warp

Cam disc dobby type 1789 with 3 harness frames and EPR-system (Easy Pick Repair)

Field of application

Loop carpet (sisal, new bouclé, loop sisal, reversible carpets) for domestic and contract use and for the transport sector. All usual weft, warp and pile materials can be used. 

Nominal machine width

4270 mm, pile drawing-in width up to 4200 mm.

Maintenance

Centralized lubrication. Maintenance intervals are electronically monitored and displayed. Remote diagnosis is possible.

Selvedge device

Electronically controlled.
