Functional principle

Double rapier system with take-over on top

Control

One central control panel; multi tasking CPU; data transfer between weaving machine, Jacquard machine, dobby and warp beam stand by Ethernet based real time bus. 

Shed formation of pile warp

Electronically controlled Stäubli 3-position Jacquard machine type LX 2492, up to 16,896 threads.

Shed formation of ground warp

Electronically controlled rotary dobby type 2685 with 12 harness frames.

Field of application

High quality carpets of wool, viscose, acrylic, silk and pp-heatset for domestic and contract use, as well as high pile carpets (if equipped with high pile device). All usual weft, warp and pile materials can be used.

Nominal machine width

4270 mm, pile drawing-in width up to 4200 mm. Reduction of weaving width up to 3000 mm is
possible.

Maintenance

Centralized lubrication. Maintenance intervals are electronically monitored and displayed. Remote diagnosis is possible.
